Welcome to our white modern farmhouse. This new custom home has a mix of dark and light with black and white cabinets. This creates dimension within the space. The effortless blend with the Carrara look quartz countertops makes the design flow, while incorporating both subtle and bold finishes.

Black, White & Modern Farmhouse
Here we have the kitchen featuring a more modern and open floor plan, Including high ceilings that create the look of a larger and taller space. We included a beautiful ceiling detail, white wood paneling with recessed lighting. This kitchen is an open concept and has views to the living area. It has a clean layout that fits our client’s style.
The kitchen has a more open and airier feel. The new cabinetry allows a lot of storage space, the black hood is a beautiful contrast between the white cabinetry. White Carrara look quartz is included as the backsplash for the range wall and custom countertops. The marble look backsplash adds a luxury detail and brightens the space.
To break up a white and black palette we have added wood details throughout the space. We added white oak elements such as the floors. The floors are a beautiful finish and have a modern farmhouse look. We also have a white oak beam ceiling detail incorporated in the dining room.
We have integrated beautiful matte black plumbing fixtures and lighting fixtures. The pot filler is such a trendy and useful detail in the kitchen especially if you love to cook pasta! We have two amazing pendant light fixtures over the kitchen island that are a caged lantern style that display the farmhouse aesthetic.
Here we have the kitchen island it includes millwork detail on the sides that adds to the farmhouse design with a sleek black finish. The island is a great size that allows extra counter space for cooking and entertainment. On the left side of the kitchen, we have a classic farmhouse sink which is a must have for a modern farmhouse look.
Backsplash
For backsplash we used a small mother of pearl square tile. It has a white base but creates an elegant detail with the shimmer when the natural light hits the tile. The square tile is super trendy, and it is a nice clean look and is not just your standard subway tile.
Lastly Hardware, for hardware we chose a gold finish to top off the look. The gold hardware adds a decorative element and adds more dimension because of all the moody black finishes, gold was the best option for this kitchen design.
